Can we start yoga between the 8th - 10th week of pregnancy?

Yes you can start yoga in this period under expert guidance. In case of any complication, please consult your gynaecologist.

Yes it’s safe for first trimester moms but only under expert guidance. For 1st Trimester moms we have special batches where we focus more on breathing practices, upper body mobility and meditation. (Assuming there are no complications in the pregnancy).

Yes Yoga definitely helps increase your chances of natural delivery. Not just that, it also helps you create more space for the baby in the womb(womb engineering) and promotes baby’s physical and mental development.

Prenatal yoga aids C-section recovery by strengthening the body pre-operation and promoting relaxation. Post-operation, it supports healing, reduces swelling, and fosters emotional resilience. Embrace yoga for a smoother recovery journey.

The batch size is usually 15-20 people. This help us give personalised attention to everyone present in the class.

Afternoon: 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm
Evening: 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

You can always switch from one slot to another. Completely Flexible!
