Yes you can start yoga in this period under expert guidance. In case of any complication, please consult your gynaecologist.
Yes it’s safe for first trimester moms but only under expert guidance. For 1st Trimester moms we have special batches where we focus more on breathing practices, upper body mobility and meditation. (Assuming there are no complications in the pregnancy).
Yes Yoga definitely helps increase your chances of natural delivery. Not just that, it also helps you create more space for the baby in the womb(womb engineering) and promotes baby’s physical and mental development.

The batch size is usually 10 people. This help us give personalised attention to everyone present in the class.
Morning: 7:00 am, 7:30 am, 8:00 am, 8:30 am.
Evening: 6:30 pm, 7:30 pm.
